Our u-pick flowers events are held outdoors and are rain or shine. No refunds will be given for adverse weather conditions (unless we officially close that day) or if you are unable to attend on the date you selected. All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable.
General Admission tickets are only valid for entry on the date you selected at checkout, but can be changed up to 9am on the day of your visit. Tap the change tickets button in your order confirmation email and follow the steps.
Tickets will not be accepted for future u-pick seasons. Tickets can only be used once. Unused tickets will become null and void.
