Yes. You can now change your entry ticket to another available date and arrival time. Tap the CHANGE TICKETS button in your order confirmation email and follow the steps.
Please note:
• You cannot change your ticket to a sold out date and/or arrival time.
• You cannot change your ticket to a different/future event.
• If you do not change your tickets prior to 9am on the day of your scheduled visit (U-Pick Tulips & U-Pick Sunflowers), you cannot go back and change them at a later time. They are now only valid for the date and time listed on the ticket.
• If you do not change your tickets prior to 3pm on the day of your scheduled visit (Winter Wonderland), you cannot go back and change them at a later time. They are now only valid for the date and time listed on the ticket.
• If you do not use your tickets by the end of the season they are null and void. Tickets cannot be transferred to another festival season.
• No refunds.
